The O-Ring plays an important role in providing cap tightness and leakage prevention in any places it is used. It must not have any burrs or flash and must have a correct measurement. In the cases where it is used to prevent leaks, burrs and errors in measurement must be strictly controlled.
Even though flourorubbers show the best performance, other ingredients are usually used due to its high cost. Products to ensure water tightness at normal temperature use EPDM, products to ensure water tightness at high temperatures use heat-resistant EPDM, and products to ensure oil tightness use NBR line ingredients. DLI is able to manufacture O-rings made with flourorubbers as well as other alternative ingredients. We ship our products after going through strict property and measurement inspections.
